What are the requirements to purchase a unit?
To acquire a unit at Shang Residences at Wack Wack, buyers are required to complete several steps.
Initially, a Reservation Fee of Php 200,000 must be paid, followed by the signing of the Reservation Agreement and the completion of the Buyer’s Information Sheet.
The down payment is then due within 30 days after reservation. For all payment schemes, post-dated checks are mandatory. Additionally, individuals interested in purchasing a parking slot must also submit a reservation fee of Php 50,000.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
The reservation fee is deductible from the down payment but is non-refundable.
Do I get my own title?
Yes, a Condominium Certificate of Title is given for each unit, and separately for each parking slot.
